Waves and currents monitoring system
Marine waves and currents are essential for the implementation of all maritime activities. The development of a waves and currents monitoring system will provide both data for scientific research and information for the safety of maritime activities.
Activities planned:
It is planned to build a system of HF-radars to measure sea waves and sea currents, combined with In-situ sensors for calibration. The system will provide data on sea waves and surface currents. Apart for the research, the system will offer data and products for shipping, tourism and other maritime activities.
